Publisher Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an organized, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Publisher Acquisition Manager. Your daily goal is to approach new potential customers. You’ll be leading negotiations and sealing deals, then making sure customers are onboarded, all while keeping them satisfied and attending to their needs. The job will be done from your house using teleworking applications.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage sales pipeline, identify prospects, qualify new opportunities, proactively approach publishers and ensure active follow-up
  • Maintain regular contact with publishers, build key relationships, and update all account records
  • Ensure effective handover into production by working closely with the tech team
  • Conduct post campaigns follow up to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports as required by management

What we need

  • 2-4 years managing mobile and digital publishers
  • Proven end to end sales skills and ability to meet targets – prospecting, pipeline and account management, deal closing, negotiation, etc.
  • A good understanding of digital sales environment and ad inventory technology, you know the difference between javascript and direct URL
  • You know what display, site-Under, in-stream video and interstitial ad-formats are
  • Outstanding communications skills – presentational, face-to-face and written interaction skills. We will value knowledge of Spanish and other languages.
  • Good relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational skills – multi-tasking and excellent time management
  • Working knowledge of established ad serving software, project management and ad booking systems
  • Self-starter and self-motivated, able to work autonomously
  • A great team player with a flexible/”can-do” attitude and positive approach to change
